Contact form privacy notice

This notice describes how information submitted through the ZSTech website contact form is intended to be handled.

What we collect

When you contact us, you provide your name, email address, inquiry topic and message. Please do not submit sensitive information, passwords or access tokens.

Why we use it

Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, continue the business conversation you initiate. It is not intended for automated marketing subscription.

Service provider

Form submissions are processed through Netlify's form service and can be viewed by the site operator in the Netlify dashboard. Email notifications may be configured by the operator. This means submitted data may be processed by a third-party infrastructure provider.

Questions and correction requests

For questions about a message you submitted, contact ZSTech using the same contact form and mention the approximate submission date. Do not send passwords or identity-document copies through this form.

Parola, token veya özel nitelikli veri göndermeyiniz. Veri sorumlusu kimliği, saklama süresi, aktarım koşulları ve KVKK kapsamındaki ayrıntılı aydınlatma metni yayına alınmadan önce ZSTech tarafından tamamlanmalıdır.
